Bourgogne Pinot Noir

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a red wine from a vineyard of Pinot Noir located in Peronne. The
grapes, harvested by hand, are sorted before putting tank to eliminate those who are affected by
rotting or unripe. Fermentation is long (3 weeks) in three phases: pre-fermentation maceration,
fermentation and maceration after fermentation.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes:

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a beautiful clear dress Ruby. The wine is fresh, with fruity notes
of cherries and spices (nutmeg, cinnamon). The tannins are firm and well present in the mouth.

Gastronomy:

This Pinot Noir will be perfect with meats, grilled meats, traditional or Asian food, and fatty
cheeses.

Potential aging:

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir is good to be tasted within 3 years after bottling, to enjoy all the taste
of a wine made to be enjoyed young.
