Crémant de Bourgogne

 

The Grapes from young vines of chardonnay are picked by hand and transported with small
crates. This sparkling wine is produced with Champenoise Method. The bottles are stocked on
racks during 12 to 24 months before to be disgorged.

 

Tasting notes:

This Crémant has a pale yellow dress letting out fine elegant bubbles. The fresh citrus aromas and
fine bubbles make it pleasant in mouth. The Well balanced mousse is fine and persistent.

 

Gastronomy:

This wine is perfect for appetizer or dessert but it can also accompany Saint Jacques nuts or river
fishes. Ideal serving temperature: 6/8 ° C.
