Tasting notes :
The Viré Clessé “Les Gandines” display a bright & limpid gold yellow and has numerous legs. The
nose is fresh and elegant, develops citrus aromas with mint notes.
In the mouth the wine is very well balanced, rich, long, giving nice eucalyptus aromas, gunflint
ending with an exceptional roundness.
This Viré Clessé will perfectly match with, poultry with creamy sauce and mushrooms, shellfish,
fish in sauces, and cheeses as the Comté, the Beaufort and the Epoisses.
