The Viré Clessé Terroir de Clessé is an elegant white wine of chardonnay. The grapes come from
different small vineyards located on the village of Clessé. The wine is made and aged on fine lees
for 12 months in big barrels who contain 5000 litters.

The Viré Clessé Terroir de Clessé has a green gold dress. The clay-limestone soils ploughed
regularly reveal the terroir of Clessé with lot of nobility.
The nose is very complex and expresses the fruit but also minerality.
This wine has both round and bright, he will leave you a long memory in mouth revealing subtle
nuances white and exotic fruits.

This Viré Clessé will perfectly match with sea foods, fishes, spiced meals and goat cheeses.
